This class offers an evening of gentle movement, storytelling, chanting, and sacred sound. This class weaves together the heart-centered practices of Bhakti yoga with a slow, intentional flow designed to help you move, listen, and connect.
We’ll begin with gentle stretching and yin-inspired stillness, creating space to settle into the body and quiet the mind. While you rest, you’ll be invited into a story from the Vedic tradition, sharing the wisdom and lessons of beloved Bhakti characters and stories.
Each story will flow naturally into a related mantra or chant, accompanied by harmonium. We’ll then bring the essence of the story into the body through a gentle, embodied yoga flow—allowing movement, breath, and sound to become a way of experiencing the story.
We’ll close with an extended Savasana, accompanied by the soothing sounds of harmonium, giving you space to rest, reflect, and absorb the meaning and energy of the evening.
